At Pets 2 Places, we use fully adapted cars, not multi crated vans. This means your animal can sit with you which helps them stay calm. We also charge one simple price for our service so it’s easy for you to understand.
2014
Pets 2 Places was launched as Pets2vets, taking owners and their pets to the vets.
2015
Additional services such as groomers, kennels and social visits were included. The service is well received in MK.
2016
Pets 2 Places is recognised as the leading pet transport provider in Milton Keynes, being recommended by vets, groomers, kennels and customers
2017
The Pets 2 Places name change came about based on feedback from customers, the business continues to grow, being recognised by Social Services, care agencies and Age UK.
2018
Pets 2 Places are a finalist in the Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards for Outstanding Customer Service. Our customers recommend us to their friends and family which brings in 1/3 of our business.
2019
Pets 2 Places are finalist again in the Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards. Pets 2 Places win Best Pet Business in the UK at the Animal Star Awards. Claire Harris won Pet Industry Leader at the Women Leaders Award.
2020
Pets 2 Places further extended our services to help clients that were shielding during the COVID pandemic. Pets 2 Places received the Highly Commended award, coming 1st runner up in the Single Women Business Network Awards for Excellence in Customer Service as well as being a finalist in the Acing Adversity category. We are also proud to have won the Prestige Awards for Best in Specialist Transport Service and Southern Enterprise Awards for Industry Leader in Pet Transport.
2021
Pets 2 Places have lots of success including at the SME MK Bucks awards where we are a finalist in Best Customer Service. Other achievements are The National Business Woman’s Award – finalist of Business Owner of the Year. Innovation & Excellence Awards – winner Pet Transport Specialists of the Year. Encouraging Women in Franchising awards – finalist – New Woman Franchisor of the Year. Our final award of the year was Single Mums Business Network Awards where Pets 2 Places win Excellence in Customer Service.
2022
Pets 2 Places wins at the UK Transport Awards taking the winner of the Best Pet Transport Business. We are proud to have taken on our first franchisee for Pets 2 Places Solihull. Pets 2 Places wins the prestigious #SBS founded by Dragon Den star Theo Paphitis.
