Our Solihull franchise was run by our lovely Nic. Sadly Nic passed away at the end of 2023, leaving Solihull without its guardian angel. We now need to market the business as a franchise resale.
Our franchisees become the go-to person in their area for pet taxi and they become the angel to the pet owners.
Nic was just this in Solihull, having run the area for 18 months before her tragic passing. Leaving the people of Solihull without a way to get their pets where they need to go.
A franchise resale is not always easy, finding someone in the area.
Finding someone to take over when the area has been run by someone who was so good and loved by all the customers.
Franchise resales don’t always happen as quick as you’d hope. It can take time to find the right person to pick up where the previous franchisee left off. Especially when it’s in these kind of circumstances, not simply someone left because they decided to do something else.
Nic was loved by all of her customers
A franchise resale has proven to be difficult in Solihull because of how loved the previous franchisee was.
But it’s been 6 months since Nic’s passing and the customers have come to terms with the fact they do need someone there to help them.
Our new franchisee will give the people of Solihull that peace of mind again, that if they need to go somewhere with their pet, they only need call the new franchisee to take them.
There’s so much scope for a new franchisee to grow the business too. So although Solihull is a franchise resale, its also got tons of scope to grow, build and become the new franchisees pride and joy.
Solihull has been run more of a part-time hobby business so for a new franchisee to come on board there, they can make the area their own.

We’ve calls coming in all the time from Solihull from customers needing to get their pets somewhere. New customers are calling and we are keeping their details for when a new franchisee joins us.

Plus, the existing customers are waiting on someone new starting.
