At Pets 2 Places our pet taxi service is so much more than just putting a pet in a car and taking them somewhere.
We want our customers to feel truly valued, listened to and all of their needs met.
Whether that be helping our customers put cats in baskets, reminding them if they have everything they need, helping out their seat belt on or just being a listening ear on the journey.
Whilst we aren’t trained counsellors, we certainly have listened to a fair few tales of woe. They say it’s always easier to tell a stranger your problems and that’s certainly the case in our world.
Although no one is a stranger for very long, with a 75% repeat business rate every month, we soon get to know our customers. We know what help and support each person needs, so customers soon don’t have to ask us.
We are happy to help with anything we can to make using our service as stress-free as possible; you just need to ask.
